  3. Can you provide as many standard sizing metrics as possible, such as annual revenue, number of employees, number of customers or locations, etc?
  4. Other than obvious goals, such as revenue growth and profitability, what strategic goals does the company have?
  5. What particular challenges does the company face?
  6. Did the strategic goals or challenges play a role in why you selected the ________ solution?
  7. Why did you select the solution?
  8. Did you compare it to the competition? If so, which competitors? Why did you select ________?
  9. How much time was required to handle this function before choosing _____________?
  10. Aside from the time required, were there particular deficiencies as a result of the previous system that led you to look for a new solution?
  11. Do you have any hard figures to illustrate benefits the ________system has provided (man-hours saved, other cost savings, summaries/analyses that weren’t available before, etc.)?
